Prawn Salad (df, gf, nf)
Gently poached prawn cutlets served with crisp gem lettuce, traditional brandy cocktail sauce and Bloody Mary jelly.
Roasted Carrot and Pumpkin Salad (v, gf, df*)
Roasted baby carrots and pumpkin tossed with fresh herbs and served with creamy Persian fetta, toasted nuts and seeds
MAIN
Pan-fried Chicken Breast (gf, nf)
Free-range chicken breast marinated in thyme and lemon served with local pumpkin, crispy kale and pancetta crumb
Riverina Lamb Rump (gf, df, nf)
Slow roasted spring lamb marinated in rosemary served with sautéed pink potato, honey roasted carrot, pomegranate, and salsa verde
DESSERT
Caramelised Chocolate Cremeux (gf)
Served with whipped mascarpone, cherry jam and cocoa streusel
