Enjoy an outstanding three course meal, ever changing views and elegant ambience. Full bar service available.


Our lunch tour departs from 12.30pm on Sundays and features two convenient pick up points around Lake Burley Griffin. You can then disembark at any of the same two points at the end of your tour.

Chicken Liver Parfait
Pâté-style parfait made with local chicken liver and Canberra district fortified wines, served with shaved smoked chicken breast, toasted brioche, new season radish and five spiced fig chutney

Housemade Smoked Snowy Rainbow Trout
Our chef’s own cured and smoked fresh snowy rainbow trout, served with avocado and wasabi mousse, crème fraiche, house pickled vegetables and sourdough crisp


MAIN

Riverina Lamb Rump
Slow roasted rump of free range Riverina lamb, marinated in rosemary and garlic, served with char grilled eggplant caviar, new season zucchini, steamed broccolini, Lake George Shiraz jus, and housemade labne cheese

Grilled Chicken Breast
Free range chicken breast marinated in Italian herbs and slow roasted with olive oil, served with Pialligo estate chorizo and pea polenta cake, roasted heirloom carrot and tarragon cream sauce


DESSERT

Local Summer Berries and Fruit Verrine
Luscious layer of coconut panna cotta, fresh lime and elderflower jelly and mango crémeux, served with whipped white chocolate and freshly picked local summer berries

Young’s Cherry and Dark Chocolate Pudding
Homemade cherry and  single origin dark chocolate cake, served with Lonsdale Street Roasters coffee streusel, fresh cherry jam and vanilla cream
