Fresh tarragon marinated roasted chicken breast served with truss tomatoes, fondant potatoes and creamy tarragon and green peppercorn sauce
Riverina Lamb Rump (gf, df, nf)
Slow roasted lamb marinated in rosemary served with sautéed
pink potato, honey roasted carrot, pomegranate, and salsa verde
